What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If there is a mistake in the printing or an item is damaged during shipping, we simply need visual proof or a form of documentation sent to our support team at help@botaniquely.com and we will issue a replacement.

 

What is your refund policy?

If you receive a damaged order, the wrong order, or there is an issue with the product itself, we will provide a replacement at no charge.
In order to receive a replacement please contact help@botaniquely.com with the order number, description of issue and picture of the product. We'll send a replacement ASAP.

 

I didn't receive my order, can you send me a new order?

If an order is lost in transit and the shipping address you entered is correct, we will reship that order at our cost. However, we will need to wait for the transit time to pass before we submit a new order:

  • Standard shipping - 12 business days

  • Expedited shipping - 5 business days

  • Overnight shipping - 2 business days

  • International shipping - 21 business days
