Selecting Essences is most accurately accomplished through dowsing, since we are, at our core, vibrational beings living in a vibrational world. Tapping into that area of ourselves, and of the world, opens a whole new awareness of life! We are more than thinking beings. We are emotional beings and spiritual beings and can tap into those aspects of ourselves through our intuition, our felt sense and by dowsing, also called energy testing.
T O U S E
Put 3-4 drops in a cup of tea or bottle of water and sip. Flower essences, being vibrational in nature, are effective in small amounts. Take this mixture 3-4 or more times a day. Re-evaluate as you go as indicated for your present situation. You will need to modify your selections from time to time. You can use more than one combination during a day, separated by an hour or so.
Another way to use flower essences is to add them to atomizer bottles of spring water and spray them around the room and your body. In this way you can change the energy of the room, yourself and others.
It is helpful to take note of the positive changes experienced from taking the essences. That in its self can be an affirmation and bring comfort. It also brings awareness that behind our negative emotions are true higher feelings just waiting for an opportunity for expression!
